Resort Lifestyle Communities in North Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Temporary Bus Driver to provide safe, reliable transportation for residents, supporting daily appointments, activities, and community outings. This part-time role requires a valid license and calm, friendly service.

You will operate the shuttle, assist with mobility needs, and help keep the bus and routes efficient. Comfortable, team-oriented environment with pay-on-demand perks and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 25 years old with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Part-time schedule of approximately 20 hours per week with flexible availability.
• Strong communication skills and ability to stay calm and helpful in a busy environment.
• Solid knowledge of the local area to plan efficient routes.
• Ability to use navigation tools, including electronic and paper maps.

Responsibilities

• Provide dependable transportation that keeps residents active and independent.
• Assist residents with mobility needs by safely operating the wheelchair lift.
• Keep rides on time by managing requests and reducing wait times.
• Maintain a clean, safe shuttle bus through routine cleaning and inspections.
• Support the team during downtime with light maintenance or custodial tasks.

As a Temporary Bus Driver, you’ll provide safe, reliable, and friendly transportation that helps residents stay active and maintain the independence. You’ll support their daily appointments, activities, and community outings, ensuring that each trip is smooth and enjoyable.
