Job summary

Resort Lifestyle Communities is seeking a part-time Bus Driver in Williamsburg, VA. You will provide safe, reliable transportation for seniors, support residents’ appointments and activities, and help maintain independence.

Responsibilities include operating the shuttle safely, assisting with mobility devices, and ensuring timely pickups while keeping the vehicle clean and well-maintained.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 25 years old with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Part-time schedule of approximately 20 hours per week with flexible availability.
• Strong communication skills in a busy environment.
• Solid knowledge of the local area for efficient route planning.
• Ability to use navigation tools, including electronic and paper maps.

• Provide dependable transportation that keeps residents active, engaged, and independent.
• Assist residents with mobility needs by safely operating the wheelchair lift and securing wheelchairs.
• Keep rides on time by managing transportation requests and reducing wait times.

About the Role
