Job summary

Resort Lifestyle Communities is seeking a friendly Bus Driver in Fayetteville, NY, to provide safe, reliable transportation for residents and support their daily activities. Candidates must be 25+, possess a valid driver’s license, and maintain a clean driving record.

The role is about 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling to meet residents’ needs. Responsibilities include aiding mobility, operating the shuttle, and ensuring on-time trips while keeping the vehicle clean and safe.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 25 years old with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work part-time ~20 hours per week with flexible availability.
• Strong communication skills and calm, helpful demeanor.
• Solid knowledge of the local area to plan efficient routes.
• Ability to use navigation tools (GPS and maps).

Responsibilities

• Provide dependable transportation to residents to stay active and independent.
• Assist residents with mobility needs, including operating wheelchair lift and securing wheelchairs.
• Keep rides on time by managing transportation requests and minimizing wait times.
• Maintain a clean, safe shuttle bus through routine cleaning and inspections.
• Support team during downtime with light maintenance or custodial tasks.
