Job summary

Huali-Floors-USA is seeking a Temporary Shipping/Receiving Coordinator in Chatsworth, GA to support our Warehouse/Shipping team for up to three months. The role involves coordinating daily shipping/receiving, maintaining accurate documentation, and communicating with carriers and internal teams to ensure efficient processing.

Key duties include data input for receipts/shipments, reporting to the warehouse manager, inventory accuracy efforts, and collaboration with truck drivers to load/unload

Responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring inventory accuracy and timely order shipments.
• Input shipping details into NetSuite and verify data integrity.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Escalate issues per supervisor guidance and follow resolution steps.
