Responsibilities

• Manage full life-cycle recruiting for experienced hires.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs.
• Source and identify qualified active and passive candidates.
• Screen and assess candidates and present recommendations to hiring managers.
• Coordinate and participate in interviews and debrief sessions.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Keep applicant tracking system updated and ensure job postings are accurate.
• Lead the offer process, including preparing and extending offers.
• Build strong relationships with internal clients and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth candidate communication and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate, influence and impact change by leading individuals in a matrix environment

The pay rate range for this job position are listed below. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of relevant factors including but not limited to applicant’s skills, prior experience, qualifications, degrees, professional certifications, work arrangements and geographic location. Baker Tilly offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package to eligible employees. The national pay rate range is $15.97 to $41
