Qualifications

• 4+ years of recent, relevant accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills: VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile accounts and prepare/ analyze financial statements.
• Prepare for audits and support month-end/ year-end close processes.
• Mentor junior accounting staff and review journal entries.
• Support budgeting and forecasting as needed; drive process improvements.
