Securitas, Inc. is seeking a Temporary Security Officer to support clients in Santa Fe, NM. This full-time role includes a 9-week contract with 12-hour shifts and a base wage of 20.00 USD per hour plus overtime opportunities.

The position emphasizes access control, patrols, and proactive safety management across multiple sites. We value calm, professional conduct, strong communication, and reliable teamwork.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Above-average computer/technology skills needed.
• Security, Law Enforcement or Military experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Professional demeanor required.
• Must respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in pre-employment screening, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Must be able to obtain a level 1 guard card.

Aufgaben

• Maintain a safe and secure environment through monitoring, access control, and patrolling client premises.
• Enforce regulations and directives for client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and areas.
• Identify and report safety issues or hazardous conditions.
• Ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed.
• Provide customer service and information to clients' employees and guests.
• Utilize technology devices during shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Monitor equipment, tools, and materials while crews are away from the site.
• Carry out tasks of similar nature as site requires.

Temporary Security Officer - Full Time

Primary Location: Santa Fe, NM

Wage:$20.00/HR (with 8 hours of overtime)

4 12 Hour Shifts: 9 Week Contract

• $110 per day for room
• $68 per day for food

TheSecurity Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order whileenforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect:
