Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or GED is required. An Associate Degree or two years of study at a community college/university is preferred.
• Language Skills: Ability to communicate English fluently both verbally and in writing.
• Interpersonal: Works well with others from diverse backgrounds and maintains confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Plan day-to-day routines and projects with teachers and staff to support progress toward IEP objectives.
• Assist with instructional activities, supervision, and data collection on student progress.
• Support students with individualized plans and health needs, including safety and behavioral supports.
