Job summary

TPSAs assist with student supervision, basic personal care, instructional support in small groups, data collection, and adherence to district policies. Candidates must meet education requirements and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Formal courses in child development preferred.
• Experience working with students with diverse needs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support students during the school day and at worksites.
• Assist with social, emotional, and behavioral goals.
• Support instructional activities in one-on-one or small group settings.
• Observe and document student progress and collect data.
• Follow district policies and participate in professional development.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
