Job summary

Abington Public Schools is seeking a Long-Term Substitute School Psychologist to conduct psychological testing and provide direct service to support students' social and emotional needs at Woodsdale Elementary School and Abington Middle School during parental leaves. Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments, interpret results, develop recommendations, and participate in Student Support Team meetings
• Provide individual and/or small group counseling for students
• Serve as a first responder on the school crisis team
• Collaborate with school staff around interventions and accommodations to students
• Provide consultation services to parents/caregivers as needed
• Communicate effectively with students, families, colleagues, and administrators
• Other duties as assigned
