Cedar Rapids Community School District is seeking a temporary Assistant Manager for Cleveland Elementary School. The role covers food service leadership, meal production, and daily operations in the cafeteria.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Kitchen related experience preferred.
• SNA Kitchen certification preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Prepare main dishes, vegetables and menu items as needed.
• Follow standardized recipes and production methods.
• Participate in serving quality food.
• Train and serve as backup manager.
• Assist manager with quantities of food and supplies to order.
• Maintain daily production records and general clean up duties.
