Canon Business Process Services is seeking a Temporary Scanning Clerk at our Throop, PA site. You will prepare physical files for digital processing, organizing and sorting documents for efficient conversion, with a 1st shift schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm.

The role offers a $15.25 per hour pay rate and a $400 retention bonus after 90 days, with potential for overtime and future full-time conversion based on performance and business needs.

• Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 30 lbs.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare physical files for digital processing by organizing, sorting, and prepping documents.
• Remove documents from storage boxes.
• Perform manual sorting and document classification.
• Remove binding materials (staples, paperclips, etc).
