Job Title: Seasonal Temporary Sales Associate

*** This position requires availability on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, based on the needs of the business.

Responsibilities:

1. Client & Service Expert: Achieves individual sales goals, develops strong product knowledge, ensures exemplary customer service, and develops personal connections with guests.
2. Leadership Presence: Achieves personal sales goals, partners with store management to elevate selling culture and initiate business-driving events.
3. Building Brand Equity: Communicates brand aesthetic and philosophy, builds relationships with clients, and relays client feedback to management.
4. Operational Excellence: Performs store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and securing the facility.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in luxury retail or similar environment
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Availability to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
