Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Seasonal Sales Support Associate to provide clerical and operational help in a luxury boutique during the holiday season. You will support the sales team and maintain a high-quality client experience on the selling floor and back-of-house.

Key tasks include greeting clients, assisting with packaging, stocking, and client service activities, while keeping merchandise standards and stockroom organization.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, answer questions, and assist with wrapping and packaging at point of sale.
• Support selling process by hanging/returning merchandise, retrieving stock, and stocking the stockroom.
• Maintain supplies and standards across workstation and selling floor.
• Assist with client service, concierge, greeter, doorperson, and after-sales activities including repairs logging.
• Answer phones and provide friendly customer service.

• Support the selling process by hanging and returning merchandise, retrieving stock, and preparing the stockroom.
• Maintain supplies and merchandise standards across the workstation and selling floor.
• Assist with client service, concierge, greeter, doorperson, and after-sales activities, including logging repairs and contacting clients.
• Answer phones promptly and provide friendly customer service.
