Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to operating procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and procedures.
• Processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor following standards.
• Participates in store recovery and maintains store cleanliness.
