You will engage with customers, process transactions, and support core store operations. Responsibilities include upholding merchandising standards, promoting credit and loyalty programs, and contributing to shrink reduction and safety initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store.
• Ring customer purchases/returns accurately and follow procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Uphold merchandising standards and process merchandise for the sales floor.
• Assist in store recovery and maintain safety and loss prevention measures.
• Follow labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Support and participate in shrink reduction programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
