Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience managing or supporting social media for a media brand or publisher.
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading abilities.
• Passion for home, interior design, lifestyle and digital storytelling.
• Familiarity with major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and emerging channels.
• Experience with social publishing and analytics tools or ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to cross‑platform social media strategy to grow engagement and reach.
• Develop and maintain the social content calendar and promotion plans.
• Create, schedule and publish social content in line with editorial voice and deadlines.
• Monitor performance, analyze metrics and share insights to optimize content.
• Collaborate with editorial, art, commerce and photo teams on storytelling initiatives.
• Identify trends and new formats to keep content fresh and competitive.
• Use tools like TrueAnthem, Parse.ly and Dash Hudson to inform decisions.
