Hueman is seeking a Temporary Recruiting Specialist in Phoenix, AZ. The role centers on phone-based candidate outreach, pre-screening, and coordinating offers and orientation for a part-time temporary position.

Fluency in Spanish and English is highly preferred, with MS Excel and MS Office 365 experience beneficial. Work is performed in a dynamic, collaborative environment with opportunities for growth and development.

Schedule

• Part time hours; Monday – Friday, occasional weekends and holiday if needed.

Duties/Responsibilities for the Recruiting Specialist

• 100% on the phone
• Outbound phone calls to candidates who apply for open jobs (headsets, dual monitor and laptops provided)
• Conduct pre-screening with candidates to cover basic questions (template provided)
• Making job offers, sending background checks
• Scheduling new hires for new hire orientation

Required Skills/Abilities

• Enjoy talking with people
• Bi-lingual (Spanish / English) highly preferred
• Experience with MS Excel
• Experience with MS Outlook and MS Teams – 0365
• Able to work effectively and efficiently in a changing environment
• Strong organizational & communication skills
• Familiarity with online job-hunting websites
