Qualifications

• At least three years of Commercial Real Estate paralegal experience in either a law firm or corporate setting.
• Experience reviewing surveys, title commitments, preparing objection letters, managing interactions with title companies, UCC filings, zoning reports and other due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a work environment that supports the protection of confidential information.
• Utilize company-issued technology and comply with security tools.
• Follow all applicable information security and data privacy policies.
