Trustpoint.One has partnered with a New York government-adjacent agency in their search for Real Estate Paralegals with strong commercial experience for a potential three-month remote project!

Duties will include:

• Review of commercial leases and development agreements
• Create lease abstracts
• Create abstracts of other project-related materials
• Perform related research relating to commercial real estate matters
• Other related duties as needed

The qualified Commercial Real Estate Paralegal will have the following experience:

• Hands-on experience with review and abstracting of commercial leases
• MUST have the ability to commute to New York City if needed
• Must have the ability to work 40 hours per week, during traditional business hours
