Position Information

This position, up to 29 hours per week, supports research activities within the Research Group at ITRE. Responsibilities include roadway monitoring and modeling, web-mapping application support, updating Python scripts, and other relevant tasks based on the candidate's expertise. The candidate should also be proficient in report writing, analysis, and communication with the research team and project sponsor.

Other Responsibilities
Minimum Experience/Education	- Degree with emphasis on GIS or Computer Science - Work experience or coursework in ArcEnterprise, ArcServer, Python, etc.
Department Required Skills	- Familiarity with GIS ESRI software including ArcPro, ArcEnterprise, PostgreSQL PostGIS - Experience with ArcGIS upgrades - Publishing geoprocessing services from Python scripts - WebApp Builder Developer Edition
Preferred Skills	- Javascript, React, CSS, HTML - AWS EC2 and RDS infrastructure - Access and MySQL database management
License or Certification	N/A
