Job description

We are in relentless pursuit of an equitable and inspiring workplace that is respectful of all, reflects and represents the world in which we live, and fosters trust, collaboration and belonging. Consistent with this approach, we hire the best qualified candidates for all positions.

About the Role

Edelman is looking for a Temporary Producer to help bring creative experiences and compelling content to life. Our creative teams develop work that connects brands with culture, sparks conversation, and creates meaningful experiences for audiences. We're looking for a resourceful, detail-oriented producer with a strong background in experiential and event production, along with experience bringing creative content to life across digital and social channels. Someone who thrives on turning ambitious ideas into seamless experiences, managing the moving pieces behind the scenes, and collaborating with teams to deliver work that makes an impact. In this role, you'll support the planning and execution of experiential programs and content initiatives, including key events taking place in early 2027. You'll partner with creative, account, and production teams to coordinate vendors, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure projects come together from initial planning through on-site execution and final delivery. If you're energized by live experiences, creative problem-solving, and producing work that brings people and brands together, we'd love to hear from you.

Who You Are

You're a collaborative, solutions-oriented producer who knows how to turn creative ideas into well-executed experiences. You bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach to managing productions of varying complexity. You're comfortable navigating timelines, budgets, vendors, and last-minute changes while keeping teams aligned and projects moving forward. You understand how live experiences and content work together to create memorable moments and extend their impact beyond the event itself.

What You'll Do
  • Manage day-to-day production of experiential events, brand activations, and supporting content initiatives from planning through execution and delivery.
  • Coordinate event production logistics, including venues, vendors, staffing, production schedules, run-of-show documents, and on-site execution.
  • Partner with creative, account, strategy, and production teams to translate concepts into practical, engaging event experiences and content.
  • Develop and manage production timelines, budgets, estimates, and deliverables, ensuring projects remain on track and within scope.
  • Source, brief, and coordinate external production partners, including event vendors, fabricators, photographers, videographers, and other specialists.
  • Support the production of social, digital, and event-related content, including pre-event materials, on-site capture, and post-event deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and business affairs to coordinate contracts, talent agreements, usage rights, permits, and necessary approvals.
  • Troubleshoot production challenges, manage competing priorities, and help deliver high-quality experiences and content on time and within budget.
Basic Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in experiential, event, or integrated production within an agency, brand, or related creative environment.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating and executing live events, experiential activations, or branded experiences.
  • Working knowledge of event production logistics, vendor management, budgeting, scheduling, and on-site execution.
  • Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external production partners.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience producing integrated brand experiences that combine live events, experiential activations, and digital or social content.
  • Familiarity with event production processes, including venue coordination, fabrication, staffing, technical production, and on-site logistics.
  • Experience supporting content capture and production for live events, including photography, video, and social-first deliverables.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams, anticipate production challenges, and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with experience coordinating internal stakeholders, clients, and external vendors.
  • Familiarity with production budgets, vendor negotiations, contracts, and project management tools.
  • A collaborative, proactive approach and a commitment to delivering thoughtful, high-quality creative experiences.
