• Bachelor's degree in any field.

• Deliver standards-aligned instruction in early literacy, early math, and SEL foundations using curricula and tools.
• Plan with clear objectives, models, checks for understanding, and structured practice to foster joyful engagement.
• Differentiate instruction across whole-group, small-group, and center-based rotations.
