Ingenuity Prep seeks a temporary substitute teacher to support our Elementary School Academy for the 2026-2027 year. Positions may vary from one day to multiple weeks, depending on teacher leave coverage.

• Some experience teaching or supporting students in a school setting.
• Willingness to collaborate in a teaching team.
• Commitment to joyful, rigorous instruction and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Work within your classroom team to create a joyful, efficient, learning-focused classroom that leads to exemplary student growth – both academically and socio-emotionally.
• Provide emotional constancy and support for your students – and your colleagues.
• Work with your team to analyze a range of summative and formative assessment data to thoughtfully adjust and differentiate instruction.
• Collaborate with and support colleagues in the classroom and through weekly professional development opportunities.
• Support students during breakfast and lunch.
• Receive regular, individualized coaching from IP’s instructional leadership team to grow your practice.
