Brobston Group LLC is seeking a Temporary Sales Associate to support a pop-up at the Jazz Aspen Snowmass Festival from September 4–7, 2026, with potential to extend. You will deliver exceptional customer service, styling guidance, and assist with setup, merchandising, inventory, and daily sales targets in Aspen, CO.

Ideal candidates bring retail or hospitality experience, strong communication, and a keen eye for fashion and eyewear.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Located in or near Aspen, CO.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup and breakdown of the archive sale location.
• Maintain visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and act as a style advisor.
• Educate customers on products, craftsmanship, and brand story.
• Lead customers through the sales process from discovery to purchase.
• Support inventory management, restocking, and organization of merchandise.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized retail environment.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals.
• Stand and move throughout the sales floor for extended periods.
