Job summary

Brobston Group LLC in Aspen, CO seeks Temporary Operations Support to assist Boutique Management with daily store operations and client service on the selling floor. You will help with housekeeping, cash handling, inventory control, loss prevention and general boutique tasks to keep the store running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Retail cashiering and operations experience; luxury retail background preferred.
• Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and move or lift boxes and fixtures.
• Willingness to adhere to company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge customers and maintain a friendly, welcoming environment.
• Accurately ring sales on registers and maintain cash and media integrity.
• Answer phones with proper telephone etiquette, take messages, and handle customer inquiries.
• Assist with packing and wrapping merchandise and lead customer exchanges or returns.
• Complete opening and closing procedures, securing cash and receipts.
• Support floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and general housekeeping.
• Participate in all inventories and follow inventory control procedures to safeguard company assets.
• Support safety, security, and store policies and procedures.
