The role centers on engaging customers, styling guidance, and hands-on service in a fast-paced fashion environment. The successful candidate will help create an welcoming atmosphere, manage fitting rooms and checkout, and contribute to a community-oriented in-store experience

Responsibilities

• Floor Presence: Welcome guests, answer questions, offer styling suggestions and recommendations.
• Fitting Room Management: Bring pieces and sizes, keep fitting rooms tidy and inviting.
• Register Support: Process transactions accurately and beautifully package purchases.
• Email Capture: Invite customers to join the email list at checkout.
• Polaroid Station: Offer a Polaroid, caption it, and post to store wall.
• Stock Replenishment: Keep racks stocked and store visually appealing.
• Team Support: Assist wherever needed to maintain an elevated store experience.
