We are seeking a General Superintendent with deep expertise in structural bridge concrete to lead field operations on complex heavy civil projects. This role is responsible for driving safe, high-quality, and on-schedule execution across all bridge concrete activities; from foundations and substructure to superstructure placements.

This individual leads from the front, is willing to teach, mentor, and develop crews, and thrives in union, non-union, and mixed workforce environments. We need someone who can hit the ground running on day one, bring technical credibility to the field, and drive performance through planning, accountability, and execution.
