Qualifications

• Completion of a phlebotomy program or certification preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years venipuncture experience in fast-paced settings.
• Proficient in EMR systems and basic MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and specimen collection with accuracy.
• Label, process, and transport specimens per procedures.
• Identify patients and explain venipuncture steps clearly.
• Maintain clean, stocked phlebotomy area and comply with OSHA/DEP rules.
• Provide patient reassurance and comfort during procedures.
