Job summary

Exos is seeking a Performance Coach for a corporate wellness center to drive health outcomes through tailored fitness programs and engaging group classes. You will monitor safety, lead diverse classes, and design personalized workouts for a wide client base.

The role requires a relevant degree, CPR/First Aid certification, and active credentials (NASM/ACSM/NSCA/ACE). Compensation ranges from $15.50 to $30 per hour with comprehensive benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field.
• Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification is required.
• Current certification from NASM, ACSM, NSCA, or ACE is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor participants to ensure safety and adherence to workout plans.
• Lead and instruct group exercise classes for various fitness levels.
• Conduct fitness assessments and prescribe personalized exercise plans.
• Offer one-on-one consultations and motivation to help clients succeed.
• Assist with program delivery and additional duties to support wellness initiatives.
