Job summary

Public Health Management Corporation in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Mental Health Professional (MHP) for a temporary, part-time role in the Center for Autism’s Outpatient Programs. The Social Competency and STEP components run on weekday evenings and Saturdays, with total hours capped at 20 per week.

Responsibilities include individual/family/group therapy, session planning, safety supervision, and documentation. A master’s degree or PA licensure (LPC/LCSW/LMFT) is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in human services and at least 1 year direct care experience or supervised practice.
• Licensed in Pennsylvania as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, or group sessions for clients in outpatient programs.
• Plan and lead sessions appropriate to developmental level and clinical needs.
• Demonstrate initiative and pursue therapeutic resources for clients in line with the program.
• Supervise clients to ensure safety.
• Participate in team meetings as needed.
• Continuously assess effectiveness of treatment interventions.
• Complete all relevant documentation.
