Child & Family Focus, Inc. in Hatboro, PA is seeking a Part Time Mental Health Office Assistant for our Psychiatric Outpatient Services.

This office‑based role supports a trauma‑informed program serving children, adolescents, and transitional‑aged adults, with duties across front-ddesk, case management, and EMR documentation. The position requires a Bachelor’s in social work, psychology, or related field, 1+ year in similar settings, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field.
• One or more years of experience in a doctor’s office or community mental health setting.
• One or more years of experience working with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate services for Outpatient clients under the Outpatient Director.
• Provide administrative support to psychiatrists, CRNPs, therapists, and staff.
• Assist with intake, scheduling, referrals, and case-management requests.
• Verify eligibility, perform clerical tasks, and maintain EMR documentation.
• Assist with medication billing processes and insurance rejections.
• Collect copays, manage copay reports, and ensure timely collections.
• Prepare mail, coordinate pharmacy needs, and maintain on-site medications.
• Support ACM needs and document for ACM billing; assist with MA benefits.
