Job summary

Public Health Management Corporation (PHMC) is seeking a Staff Psychologist for the Center For Autism to participate in interdisciplinary assessment, treatment, and consultation programs. You will complete evaluations and follow‑ups to determine diagnosis and program placement, with opportunities to contribute to interagency planning and individualized treatment models.

You will plan treatment programs for clients with autism, perform diagnostic and treatment evaluations across CFA locations,

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Psy.D. in Clinical or School Psychology from an accredited program.
• Hold a valid Pennsylvania license to practice psychology.
• Specialized post‑doctoral training in Autism Spectrum Disorders.
• Experience with standardized measures such as ADOS-2.

Responsibilities

• Plan a treatment program for clients diagnosed with autism and determine future ongoing needs.
• Perform comprehensive and specialty assessments, including diagnostic and treatment evaluations.
• Attend interdisciplinary team meetings and ensure coordinated care.
• Monitor the therapeutic environment and adapt treatment within the team.
• Consult with Early Intervention agencies and local School Districts for continuity of care.
• Complete billing information for evaluations and treatment sessions.
