Job summary

Foundations Behavioral Health in Doylestown, PA is seeking part-time Mental Health Techs for the evening shift (3pm-11:30pm, 24 hours/week) with every other weekend commitment. A $4,000 commitment bonus is offered and overtime may be available.

Roles include direct patient care under RN supervision in an inpatient/Residential setting for youth with autism spectrum disorders. Candidates must be at least 21 years old and have a related education or experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree in human services or HS diploma with 2 years of related experience.
• Compassionate with understanding of Autism Spectrum Disorders
• Respiratory Fit Testing required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision and maintain a therapeutic, safe milieu.
• Lead therapeutic group sessions and conduct Q15 observation rounds.
• Record vital signs and assist nurses with head-to-toe assessments.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living as needed (hygiene, dressing, grooming).
