In accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement, performancereview and evaluation of faculty is based on effective teaching andfulfillment of professional responsibilities; continuing scholarlygrowth; and service. Invited candidates will be asked to teach a class as part of theiron-campus evaluation.
