Responsibilities

• Provide litigation support to staff attorneys in the Workers’ Compensation Section.
• Prepare trial exhibits, subpoenas, coordination of evidence and witnesses.
• Contact witnesses and prepare them for potential trial testimony.
• Draft legal documents including discovery and respond to discovery requests.
