• North Carolina Paralegal certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal research and drafting/review of legal documents.
• Support litigation and administrative hearings.
• Manage records, subpoenas, and regulatory analysis.
• Serve as liaison among OGC, the North Carolina Department of Justice, divisions, and external stakeholders.
