Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must obtain a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine to complex maintenance on painted and papered surfaces and systems.
• Operate power and hand tools and spray equipment as required.
• Prepare surfaces, paint and install wall coverings, patch, tape and texture as necessary.
• Maintain logbooks and report to Dispatch or Management.
