Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking an Overnight Crew Chief to lead a team of clerks during the night shift. You will supervise stocking, unload trucks, and maintain store conditions while training new members and ensuring policies are followed.

Ideal candidates have supervisory retail experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work 11 PM–7 AM or 12 PM–8 AM with physical lifting as needed. Join us for a rewarding night shift role at Albertsons.

Join our team as a Grocery Overnight Crew Chief and lead a fantastic group of clerks who keep our store running smoothly through the night! You'll supervise stocking shelves, unloading trucks, and maintaining store conditions. Your mission: lead the team, keep shelves organized, oversee deliveries, maintain a clean store, train new members, monitor inventory, resolve issues, and ensure everyone follows store policies. If you have supervisory experience in retail or grocery, strong leadership and communication skills, can work overnight shifts, and can lift heavy items, we want you!
