Job summary

Shaw’s and Star Market, part of Albertsons Companies Inc., seeks a Grocery Overnight Crew Chief to lead a night-shift crew. You will supervise stocking shelves, unload trucks, and maintain store conditions while ensuring policies are followed and team members perform at their best.

The role requires supervisory experience in retail, strong leadership and communication, and the ability to work through the night, including lifting heavy items.

Qualifications

Join our team as a Grocery Overnight Crew Chief and lead a fantastic group of clerks who keep our store running smoothly through the night! You'll supervise stocking shelves, unloading trucks, and maintaining store conditions. Your mission: lead the team, keep shelves organized, oversee deliveries, maintain a clean store, train new members, monitor inventory, resolve issues, and ensure everyone follows store policies. If you have supervisory experience in retail or grocery, strong leadership and communication skills, can work overnight shifts, and can lift heavy items, we want you!
