Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking an Overnight Crew Chief to lead a team of clerks responsible for stocking, unloading, and maintaining store conditions through the night. You will supervise the crew, organize shelves, oversee deliveries, train new members, monitor inventory, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to store policies.

The role requires supervisory experience in retail, strong leadership and communication, and the ability to work the 11PM-7AM or 12AM-8AM shift.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership and supervisory capabilities.
• Retail/grocery experience a plus.
• Willingness to work overnight hours and lift heavy items.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

Join our team as a Grocery Overnight Crew Chief and lead a fantastic group of clerks who keep our store running smoothly through the night! You'll supervise stocking shelves, unloading trucks, and maintaining store conditions. Your mission: lead the team, keep shelves organized, oversee deliveries, maintain a clean store, train new members, monitor inventory, resolve issues, and ensure everyone follows store policies. If you have supervisory experience in retail or grocery, strong leadership and communication skills, can work overnight shifts, and can lift heavy items, we want you!
