Responsibilities include managing grant financial activity, reviewing expenditures, preparing reports, monitoring budgets, and supporting audits. Ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience and strong Excel (pivots, VLOOKUPs); immediate start.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of grant accounting or similar experience.
• Proficient in Excel (pivots, VLOOKUP).

Responsibilities

• Manage and track grant-related financial activity
• Review and process grant expenditures
• Prepare financial reports and reconciliations
• Monitor budgets and actual spending
• Maintain accurate grant and accounting records
• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities
• Ensure expenses are properly coded and documented
• Support grant reporting and compliance requirements
• Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies
• Work with internal teams regarding grant-related financial questions
• Assist with audits and requests for supporting documentation
• Maintain organized financial documentation and records
