Responsabilidades

• Provide telephone-based customer service to prospective and current students and families on financial aid, billing, payments, and enrollment questions.
• Serve as frontline resource, resolving routine inquiries and routing complex issues to appropriate resources.
• Support call documentation, training, and follow-up activities.
• Maintain knowledge of university policies, financial aid, student accounts, and enrollment processes.
• Commit to reliability, professionalism, and Baylor's service expectations.
