Job summary

Cassia Community is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join Pro Rehab's Fargo team on a temporary, full-time PRN basis for fall/winter coverage. The role requires strong assessment, treatment planning, and patient education to improve independence in daily tasks.

The position is based in Fargo, ND, with a wage of $48 per hour and a 35-40 hour work week from November 2026 through January 2027.

Qualifications

Graduate from an Accredited Occupational Therapy Program and hold a bachelor’s degree.
Must possess current North Dakota OTR license.
Knowledge of state, federal, and local regulations in long-term care.
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written.
Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodations.

Responsibilities

Assess and evaluate patients to understand physical, cognitive, and emotional needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve independence.
Provide therapeutic activities to enhance motor skills and coordination.
Educate patients and families on strategies, home modifications, and quality of life.
Monitor patient progress and adjust plans as needed.
Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and other team members to ensure comprehensive care.
