Job summary

Pro Rehab in Fargo, ND seeks an Occupational Therapist for a temporary, full-time PRN assignment at Fargo Elim Health Care Center from November 2026 through January 2027. You will assess and evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, provide therapeutic activities, educate families, monitor progress, and collaborate with physicians and therapists to deliver comprehensive care.

Requirements include graduating from an accredited OT program, ND OT license, and strong English

Qualifications

Graduate from an Accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
Must possess a current ND OT license (OTR).
English communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.

Responsibilities

Assess and evaluate patients’ physical, cognitive, and emotional needs.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve daily activities.
Provide therapeutic activities to enhance motor skills and coordination.
Educate patients and families on strategies, home modifications, and independence.
Monitor progress, document improvements, and adjust plans as needed.
Collaborate with doctors, PTs, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
