Job summary
IMT Residential is hiring a Temporary Area Service Technician to support Stevenson Ranch and provide maintenance coverage across IMT communities in the San Fernando Valley and Greater Los Angeles County. The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing issues in apartments, exteriors, and common areas, while maintaining curb appeal and delivering excellent resident service.

Qualifications
- Residential property maintenance experience or equivalent
- Hands-on skills: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, appliances, pools
- Willingness to learn and use Outlook and SuiteSpot
- On-call availability and valid driver license
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and fix maintenance issues across units, exteriors, and common areas
- Prepare apartments for new residents promptly following IMT standards
- Perform daily grounds maintenance for curb appeal
- Take on additional duties as assigned by the Service Manager or Community Manager
