Job summary

IMT Residential in Santa Clarita is hiring a Service Technician (Maintenance Technician) at IMT Stevenson Ranch, a 510-unit community. You will diagnose and repair issues, maintain units and grounds, and support customer service for residents.

Experience in residential maintenance, strong hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry are required. On-site role with opportunities for growth, bonuses, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance skills across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC and appliances.
• Experience in residential property maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to address pool maintenance and general repair tasks.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair maintenance issues in apartments, exteriors and common areas.
• Prepare units for new residents in a timely manner following IMT standards.
• Perform daily grounds upkeep to preserve curb appeal and resident satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Service Manager or Community Manager on projects.
