Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of prior maintenance supervisory experience.
• Prior maintenance experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the maintenance department to ensure facilities are safe, compliant, and well maintained.
