Qualifications

• Knowledge of commercial laundry, housekeeping, and maintenance procedures.
• Professional image in appearance and behavior.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance department.
• Ensure environmental center compliance with Federal, State and Local ordinances, regulations, and building codes.
• Maintain the community in a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition.
• Maintain the community in good repair and free from hazards caused by electrical, plumbing, ventilation, heating, and cooling systems.
• Provide quality laundry service.
