Job summary

Saunders Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a skilled Maintenance Director to lead the maintenance team and oversee the upkeep of our facility. You will ensure a safe, comfortable environment for residents and staff while managing daily operations.

Responsibilities include supervising maintenance staff, coordinating repairs and capital projects, and developing preventive maintenance programs. Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, along with knowledge of safety

Qualifications

• Prior experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.

Responsibilities
